• Or purchase a Supra Key

Our limited action referral agents hang their license at TIME Realty Referral Service LLC with a single annual fee. While you cannot use the word Realtor®, show property, access the MLS, and write contracts, agents at TIME Realty Referral Service earn commissions by bringing in the clients and allowing us to do the rest!  If you are busy with a second job or reside out of state, you may find you cannot frequently do these tasks frequently, so why pay for them? What does this process look like? As one of our agents when you make contact with prospective clients, you complete a referral form and send it to Time Realty Referrals. From there we do the rest! We pass along your clients to one of our trusted and vetted Realtors who treat them like their own clients. And when the transaction is complete you receive a commission.
